Our Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

We usually ship through FedEx (options for FedEx ground or 2 day shipping), and sometimes USPS, to anywhere in the US. Please allow a business day for us to get your order processed and you will receive an email confirmation when the order has been shipped.
 

FREE SHIPPING:

Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping! Just put over $50 worth of products into your cart, then choose “Free shipping” as your shipping method at checkout! *some exclusions apply

*Exclusions: For lower 48 states only, orders to Alaska or Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping. Only for online orders (see note below about shipping for large slabs).

OVERSIZE PACKAGES:

Large slabs – Because of their weight and length, our large slabs need to be shipped LTL freight and will need to be ordered over the phone so we can best calculate an accurate shipping cost.

Lumber – All boards will be cut under 8 ft in length to minimize extra shipping fees for longer packages. If you need longer pieces, please call to process your order over the phone.

LOCAL PICKUP:

 If you live in northeast Washington area and choose our free local pickup option at checkout,  you can come into our shop anytime during normal business hours: Tue – Fri  9 am – 5:30 pm and Sat  appointment only. Just give us your name and we can look up your order. You can find directions to Woodworker Network here. If you are not able to come pick up your order within a few days, please call or email to make arrangements for us to hold your products.

 

Our Return Policy

We happily accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Exclusion: custom work cannot be refunded. All returns must be in original unaltered condition. We do not accept returns on items that have been cut or altered. Return freight to be paid by the customer under most circumstances.
